Interesting how Republicans didn’t stage protests against Biden’s policies—except for the time they were misled into believing the election was stolen, leading to January 6. If things under Biden were truly unbearable, wouldn’t we have seen more protests?

I was having a bad evening and was getting ready for bed and picked my book up off the floor (that I forgot to bring with me to work today) to discover my cat had a hairball on it. No reading to relax me before bed tonight 😭

I want to leave clinical medicine and have no idea where to start. I hate this so much. I regret becoming a PA.

My hospitalist APP team I’m contingent at is being cut significantly and there are possibilities of the entire team being cut at the end of the year. I have no other job. I just bought a house. I’m miserable and don’t know what to do, the job market is horrible.

Quit one of my jobs Friday after deciding to do so Wednesday, then Saturday said hmmm maybe I should look at this house on the market and now I have had an offer accepted on my first house 🥴

“Is there any other career that could make you happy?” I DON’T KNOW I’ve been so focused on PA for so long I don’t know what the hell else there could be out there 😩😭😭😭

@SecretCityChez @killersumobunny I do phq9 before each appt and I’ve gone from 22/27 to around 10-13/27 most weeks now.

@killersumobunny I’ve been doing spravato since October. My phq9 was slashed in half. I go weekly. Insurance covers it all but a $30/copay. Also on trintellix, vyvanse for adhd, prns for anxiety/sleep, and do therapy sessions. I’ve tried and failed like 6 antidepressants.

When you preorder a book from a bookstore they should really be sending it to you to arrive day of release 😵‍💫 not Friday week of release 😭
