#OperationSagarBandhu In response to the request from 🇱🇰, another @IAF_MCC C17 Globemaster aircraft airlifted to Sri Lanka a readily deployable, Bailey Bridge, an urgent requirement to restore road connectivity to areas cut off in the wake of severe devastation due to #CycloneDitwah. This modular bridge can be deployed in hours at locations where existing bridges have been washed off or damaged in the floods, allowing trucks, ambulances and others carrying essential aid to reach.
