All the foot paths surrounding the Jayanagar BDA complex are encroached by street vendors with very little space for pedestrians & parking, parking boards are removed or covered and made vending places by street vendors, cops are fining us for wrong parking.

@Tejasvi_Surya This should have been your first priority. All footpaths in Jayanagar are occupied by builders to dump their construction materials and make a concrete home for workers. This stays for years. What a nuisance and politicians/admins don't care about commuters.

The next set of big reforms that will unleash rapid economic growth for the country and promise greater quality of life for our citizens is urban and municipal reforms. Great to see NITI Aayog’s thrust on this dimension of development. Once I get back from Bengal, I shall share with you all the highlights of this report and also what it means to our cities. We really need to intensify the conversations around urban reforms.
