.@sentosumosaba once again displays a remarkable (albeit not surprising) lack of understanding. in a pathetically pedantic attempt to outsmart me, she reveals the depth of her own ignorance. allow me to explain why: chapter 13 - irrelevant. applies to individuals, not public companies! chapter 15 - irrelevant. applies to foreign companies going through bankruptcy outside the US. chapter 7 - stock is delisted, public company shuts down. chapter 11 - company reorganises, negotiates with lenders etc. even if the company survives, new stock is issued to pay off debts and old stock is worth $0. be very careful who you follow.

All these people arguing in favour of under-16 social media bans "because it will benefit children" are being extremely naive and shortsighted. None of the people pushing this actually care about "protecting children". This is about requiring EVERYONE to link their internet and social media activity to a digital ID, in order to monitor and stamp out online dissent. The reason this exact policy is being pushed in country after country at the same time is because it's being orchestrated from a supranational level by the unelected technocrats (at the UN, WEF, EU etc) the majority of "world leaders" take their marching orders from. "Protecting children" is just the pretext they need to fool the gullible into supporting it.
