Pinal County Attorney’s Office (PCAO) — official X account. Led by County Attorney Brad Miller.

Sex abuse victims deserve to know when a court is reconsidering probation for a registered sex offender. HB 2046 closes that gap by ensuring victims are notified and given the opportunity to be heard. Basic transparency. Basic victims’ rights. The Pinal County Attorneys Office thanks @WendyRogersAZ for advancing the bill out of committee and @SelinaBliss for sponsoring this important legislation. Tell Arizona Senators: Vote YES on HB 2046. Governor Hobbs: Sign it. @AZGOP @AZHouseGOP @AZSenateGOP @bradlmiller

HB2811 is moving through the Arizona Legislature. It’s straightforward, common sense legislation. It protects all law enforcement officers while preserving First Amendment rights. Public safety and constitutional protections can coexist. HB2811 does both. Tell your Arizona legislators to PASS HB2811.

When a violent felony kills an unborn child, Arizona law should recognize that loss. HB 2043 does exactly that — recognizing unborn children as victims of first-degree murder when they are killed during violent felonies and closing a gap in Arizona’s felony-murder statute. Closes a loophole. Provides justice. The Pinal County Attorney’s Office thanks @WendyRogersAZ for advancing the bill out of committee and @SelinaBliss for sponsoring this important legislation. Now it’s time for the Senate to bring HB 2043 to the floor for a vote. @AZSenateGOP @AZHouseGOP @AZGOP @bradlmiller

Protecting Arizona families is not optional. HB2043, HB2811, and HB2046 — backed by the PCAO have passed the Arizona House. These are common-sense laws that protect victims, support law enforcement, and strengthen public safety. Thank you Rep. John Gillette and Rep. Selina Bliss for leading. The Senate must act. The Governor must sign. Arizona citizens deserve nothing less. @AZHouseGOP @SelinaBliss @AzRepGillette @AZGOP
