आज माननीय केंद्रीय मंत्री श्री जयन्त चौधरी जी ने लोयन मलकपुर, जनपद बागपत में “मड टू मैट” कुश्ती अखाड़े का शिलान्यास किया। यह पहल ग्रामीण खेल प्रतिभाओं को नई पहचान और अवसर देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित होगा। इसके माध्यम से क्षेत्र के युवाओं को आधुनिक प्रशिक्षण, बेहतर सुविधाएं और अपने खेल कौशल को राष्ट्रीय-अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर तक पहुंचाने का अवसर मिलेगा। अब गांव के खिलाड़ियों और प्रतिभाशाली युवाओं को आगे बढ़ने के लिए बड़े शहरों का रुख नहीं करना पड़ेगा। इसके लिए अब बेहतरीन अवसर उनके अपने क्षेत्र में ही उपलब्ध होंगे। माननीय केंद्रीय मंत्री जी पहले ही अपनी पूरी सांसद निधि खेलों के विकास को समर्पित कर चुके हैं और यह शिलान्यास उसी संकल्प का एक और मजबूत प्रमाण है- जहां खेल, युवा और भविष्य सबसे बड़ी प्राथमिकता हैं। #SportForAll

UPGRADATION OF ITIs (PM-SETU) SCHEME Pradhan Mantri Skilling and Employability Transformation through Upgraded ITIs (PM SETU) scheme aims to enhance the overall quality and relevance of vocational training in the country. The Scheme has a total outlay of Rs. 60,000 crore (Central Share – Rs. 30,000 crore, State Share – Rs. 20,000 crore and Industry Share – Rs. 10,000 crore) The scheme comprises of two components: ➡️ Component I – Upgradation of 1,000 Government ITIs (200 Hub ITIs and 800 Spoke ITIs) in a Hub and Spoke model wherein upgradation includes smart classrooms, modern labs, digital content, and new courses aligned to industry needs ➡️ Component II – Capacity Augmentation of five NSTIs located in Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kanpur, and Ludhiana, including setting-up sector-specific National Centres of Excellence for skilling, with focus on advanced training of trainers with global partnership Read here: pib.gov.in/PressReleasePa… #ParliamentQuestion @MSDESkillIndia
