@CaesarsRewards the reservation team cant explain why my rewards offer makes the price higher. Ive tried. Why offer your players anything if it makes the price worse? You need a caesars rewards help line specifically.

@CaesarsRewards I would love to understand why when I apply players bonus offers to my reservation (up to 2 free nights in March), the cost of the room goes up significantly vs. the regular caesars offer. This is terrible business.
