Umm, in order to get a State Issued DL/ID, you have to produce a Birth Certificate. If your name has changed, you also need to bring the court documents related to your name change (Marriage License, Adoption Papers, etc...) Married women have had to do this for decades. Why does that only bother you now?

Let me tell you about the SAVE Act. You need to know about it. It’s Trump’s first (of likely many) major attempt to rig the election in his favor. It takes away the right to vote for millions and allows your voting records to be erased. We cannot let it pass the Senate.

Unlike you, I have actually read the bill. In fact, I read bills all the time. This bill lets you use, among other things, a "Real ID" compliant drivers license or state ID card. If your state doe not offer that, you can use the license or ID that your state issues AND a birth certificate AND any documents that show name changes. You know, the stuff you need to get an ID that will let you sig up for government programs or even a NON-RealID government ID. If you are not able to come up with these things, you really have no business voting anyway.
