We are excited to announce that our pitchers will have the ability to throw on not one, but two, Trackman units (one in the live at-bats cage and one in the bullpen). See the differences in how your stuff plays in game vs practice settings & close any gaps!

You Don’t Need to Post Your⚾️ 📈📉Stats, Here’s👇Why: 1. No one really cares. Meaning, there will always be someone with better or worse. 2. No one sees the competition you’re playing unless they’re there. Doesn’t matter if you hit .600 vs Sisters of the Blind, if it’s not quality pitching & defense, it doesn’t move the needle. 3. You’re a HS player who K’d 50 during fall ball, but throw 76? Coaches assume the competition wasn’t good. 4. Social media is for gaining attention for your strengths. Not feasting on other’s weaknesses. Guy throws 68 & you hit it a mile, it may look cool, but coaches don’t care. 5. I know you’re proud of yourself, & you should be, but let others sing your praises. 6. Promote others on your feed, it’s a sign of a confident player. 7. No one believes stats that are too good anyways. Maybe your dad or coach fudged them up to make you look better, all the errors were hits or AB’s got deleted after the fact, no one knows. 8. XBH get attention, swing in the fall so you learn what you can hit in the spring & summer. And for the record, taking fastball-middle strikes isn’t a “good eye”, it means you’re not ready to hit when you get there. That’s all for now. Be sure to tip your waitress😎

@PNWBaseballDojo @hittingguru7 i’m not disagreeing that some of the training over here regarding some of the athleticism is not crappy. What I’m telling you is that they have a “better way” based on what I see going on in MLB

Be a multiple sport player. Trust me it will help. Football, baseball, basketball, track, soccer, even tennis. Each sport builds muscles Baseball doesn’t so get after it and be a beast. Quiz me on any of them why each of those sports help a baseball players!!!

@NorCalU1 @hittingguru7 Totally agree. But a lot of American kids who “train for baseball” year round are just in a cage hitting all winter (especially in colder states), and not necessarily getting that dynamic athletic training Latin kids are getting, unless they’re playing another sport.

@PNWBaseballDojo @hittingguru7 but that’s the point. you can work on athleticism to become athletic and not get it from another sport.

@NorCalU1 @hittingguru7 Also, overall athleticism is a big part of the Dominican style of training (as opposed to mechanical drill work) and that’s a big reason why they can play pretty much 100% baseball but still have the athleticism to compete so well at the pro level.

@hittingguru7 our sport at the professional level is dominated by the latin players per capita. all they do is play baseball, and a lot of it. I always hear the multi sport stuff yet these are the guys dominating our sport 🤷‍♂️.

@NorCalU1 @hittingguru7 Both answers are correct. If all a kid wants to do is play one sport and they have no interest in anything else, let them. If a kid wants to play multiple sports, let them.

What’s the most important thing u can do 4 ur arm? Consistent Throwing. We can't emphasize this enough. In most cases, throw 6-7 x a wk. It doesn't mean u have to go out to 300 ft, or Pull Down each day. Just Throw. Play Catch. Water The Plant. Feed The Arm. #Throw2GROW

Hitting is slow feet, fast hands and a quiet head taking a controlled violent swing on a speed that I’m looking for until I get two strikes then I battle-the harder he throws the slower your heartbeat and feet need to be-COMPETEwCONFIDENCE-GOOD HITTERS USE THE WHOLE FIELD🙌⚾️🥎

The vast majority of high school #baseball #prospects who want to play at the next level are not physically ready for it. Crushing the weights and crushing nutrition is some of the lowest hanging fruit that can separate you from your competition. #GetAfterIt
Next Level Baseball@nextlevelbb

Players...Are you pounding the weights and need/want to gain weight? If so, drink 16 ounces of vitamin D chocolate milk and eat 2 hard boiled eggs every night before bed. On average you will gain approximately 8 pounds per month.

And even better than pitching machines is the ability to face live arms at your age/skill level in live at-bats, on demand - which you can do at the PNW ⚾️ Dojo. But we will still have the iPitch machine ready to go for any session in which we don’t have live arms available!
Next Level Baseball@nextlevelbb

The Pitching Machine Arguably the most important hitting drill for a HS aged hitter: Consistently hitting velocity off the pitching machine! It is the separator! It's the ONLY way to get enough reps facing velocity and quality CB's.

PNW ⚾️ Dojo will feature the iPitch, which can throw any pitch, with any spin rate, and automatically can throw any combo of pitches in any sequence. With few exceptions, only #mlb teams and #D1college programs have this tech. #PNWbaseball players, a game changer is coming!

Very Impressive. This is the future (in some areas it is the reality) for high school athletes. Get a top notch strength & conditioning program during the day for athletes. Saves them time after school. No time wasted in traditional PE. Has the ability to change the entire school!
