Hey @PODS I placed an order for two 16’ containers and only one of them showed up on Friday 7/10 as scheduled. It says it was “delivered” in your system but it’s no where to be found. I sat on the phone for 2 hours yesterday and no one could tell me what happened. HELP!

Still dealing w/ @PODS who missed their delivery at my home yesterday. Asked me to pay extra fee for early am guarantee delivery for Monday which I did (have no choice need pod by Monday am) and now they say delivery will be late Monday. What kind of business is run like this? Don’t ever do business with PODS. They are awful. Jim Gimeson, president and CEO get your act together! Your company is the worst one I ave ever encountered. But leaves a huge space open for moving and storage businesses who can deliver what’s promised.#neverhirePODS

Time commitments matter, and so does honest communication. We urge you to review this case, explain what caused the missed delivery, and provide @Cassmcwilliam with a firm delivery timeline and appropriate assistance. #EthosIntervention

@PODS where tf is my pod that was supposed to be delivered today? After calling multiple times today and dealing w off-shore call center no one can help me. I was told pod would arrive and now hours later and a whole day wasted - no pod!! Disgusting customer service. Don’t ever use this company

Hey @PODS, we’ve been trying for over 2 weeks to get your container picked up from our property. You’ve now missed 3 scheduled pickup appointments, and each time you didn’t notify us until after the pickup window had passed. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR CONTAINER IMMEDIATELY!

I’ll never use @PODS after what my niece is going through. How can you drop off a pod and the earliest pick up date is late August. They are moving. They can’t leave the Pod at the house they just sold.

@PODS Avoid this company like the plague, unless you enjoy constant stress and pulling your hair out. This is, hands down, the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. We are out literally THOUSANDS of dollars because of THEIR mistakes. Disgusting.

@PODS I'm really disappointed with pods, was to get a sixteen footer it came turned wrong way ,driver said will bring another tmw. Then get email says a week from now, so beware, stuff packed no where to go,this sucks

@PODS i'm trying to complete the rental agreement, but auth on your site doesn't work. 403 forbidden. When i log in with email it tells me to use google, when i try google, it tells me "something went wrong" I'm hoping this is a known issue and I don't need to call and spend time debugging with your team.
