The PAB's reviewing @SanDiegoPD's wiretapping bugs by Callyo (Apr 10 mtg). When asked why they don't get a warrant, PD said recordings are of places "detectives have a right to be." Other places require warrants for such intrusive tech tho: bostonglobe.com/2023/10/26/opi… @SDCityCouncil
