The Supreme Court needs nine justices who will do exactly what Ketanji Jackson does, except in the other direction.
Democrats appoint justices who care only about Left-wing outcomes, while Republicans appoint principled losers who only care about process or public opinion.
This imbalance cannot last indefinitely. The faction that is utterly determined to win at all costs will inevitably crush the faction that can't ever bring itself to explicitly take its own side.
