Vice President White is back from recovery and ready to work in behalf of the American people!

Today, 234 years ago, Georgia became only the fourth state to be admitted to our more perfect Union.

Those schools must implement a temporary virtual learning system to ensure their students receive the most rigorous education possible during unprecedented times. When able, those schools will re-open. We are currently working to create a strategy to determine this process.

Given the circumstances that have been created due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic and the spread of the Omicron variant, it’s important that we keep everyone safe. Today, I’m issuing a directive to close all schools that have high activity spread in their communities.

Tomorrow morning, I will be joining @POTUS47Cook to hold our first press conference of the new year. We will be discussing the action we have taken towards reducing the spread of COVID-19, and the response efforts taken by the @CookWhiteHouse to address the ongoing CO wildfires.

We are continuously working with FEMA to ensure everything is going as smoothly as possible. In addition, the White House will be working to strategize the recovery process of the affected areas. Our goal is to get Colorado back and running after these events end.

President Cook called the governor of Colorado to discuss the ongoing wildfire events going on and how the federal government could best help. Firs things first, we need to assess damages to make sure everyone is accounted for and received all aide necessary.

As the wildfires in Colorado continue to be ongoing, President Cook will speak with the state’s respective governor to ensure that the state receives assistance in assessing damage, providing shelter for evacuees, and maintaining order.

We are working with officials in the medical industry to ensure that they have the resources they need amid the COVID-19 pandemic. This is one of the promises we made and as an administration, and those goals will be met.

Compared to my predecessor’s administration, we have seen progress in many aspects. Once again, we’d like to thank the American people for those opportunities. @VP50White and I are here and ready to meet the expectations we set during the election season.
