No matter your political stripes, this is really exciting work coming out of @LFDLRVic and the Victorian @unionsaustralia movement. We're really excited to see more and more political parties recognising that #addiction is a chronic health issue that does not discriminate #auspol

Good morning all. We thought we'd give you an update on what we've been working on and what we're calling on @VictorianLabor members to help us out with to get something very special up and running in #Victoria to help working people access rehabilitation, outpatient + outreach

Solidarity 🙌 Each year 500,000 Australians seek addiction treatment and cannot get it. There is no other health condition where we turn half of the community away from the treatment that they deserve. It’s time for real change.

exciting stuff coming from @hacsu, Vic branch of @theamwu and Foundation House. We stand with these giants who are asking for the opportunity the replicate a service that is working for working Victorians. #HealthNotHandcuffs #addictedSBS youtube.com/watch?v=sa4Y8O…

I value the group sessions because they’re almost the only people that I can tell. It is becoming quite draining, not being able to tell anybody that I know who is close to me and I think that's starting to affect me,” Heidi, 31 #AddictedSBS

If the @TGAgovau were prepared to 'go' Pete Evans for his daft claims about spectral therapy, one wonders what they will make of a media outlet and a host, advancing lethal therapeutic / medicinal non-Science on Australians. Last I looked, @rowandean had no qualifications here.
Sky News Australia@SkyNewsAust

Sky News host @rowandean says Australian governments are “directly responsible for the deaths of Australians” whose lives could have been saved, but weren't, because governments and bureaucrats discouraged the use of Hydroxychloroquine. skynews.com.au/details/_61927…

Today, we release the Annual Overdose Report 2020. It shows that more than 2,000 Australians have died of overdoses for five years running. It is a grim landmark and an indictment of our governments' failure to act. Learn more about the Report here: penington.org.au/publications/2…
