Warning - do not ship with @YodelOnline! They delivered our Christmas parcel to a completely wrong address. After weeks of calls, they finally contacted responsible driver who admitted to delivering to wrong address. Nothing more done. No refund or parcel. #Yodel #MerryChristmas

@vinted my package never arrived. @YodelOnline driver took to a complete stranger at a different building shown by delivery photography and tracking. Vinted washing hands of all responsibility, claiming after 48 hours they don’t care. Terrible customer service!

@PRGirlLondon @British_Airways @British_Airways might soon qualify for the world’s worst airline. Promised me a voucher for a flight I could not take, never issued it, now claim they don’t do vouchers and give me the runaround for 2 months. Agents promise to call back and never do. #BA

@tonyspoon @British_Airways I’m so sorry to hear that but also not surprised - I started moving all my business to Emirates. Top class airline, excellent customer service, flexible and efficient. Every time I give BA another chance, it ends in disaster
