#Nature BEG & Centre Roorkee conducted "Pushpawali 2026" at Roorkee which is a unique initiative with display of flowers and garden competition open to the entire Roorkee City since 1956. The event saw participation of a large number of school children, families and local populace.

Jaago India Jago - The annual function celebrated by GFAPPS, Wing 2, Dehradun. The little messengers conveyed the message of a cleaner and greener world for themselves. #VeteranCare Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan-Aushadhi Kendra was inaugurated in the premises of #ECHS polyclinic, Roorkee by Brig G S Bhatia, SEMO and Commandant, MH Roorkee. #CombatSurvivalSkills Military Hospital, Roorkee successfully conducted a one week Combat Survival Skill Cadre for the troops of various units of Roorkee station. 20 soldiers were trained in Combat Life Saving Skills on manikins (model of the human body used to teach medicine). Lectures were taken to make them aware about the first aid for #trauma due to gun shots, Mine blast injuries and burns etc. Brig GS Bhatia, Commandant Military Hospital Roorkee, complimented all the personnel on their successful completion of the training. Prizes and certificates were distributed to the participants during closing ceremony.

Upskilling & strengthening through Technology! The technological prowess of @iitroorkee was harnessed by BEG & Centre, Roorkee with successful commencement of the Additive Manufacturing & 3D Printing Course at IIT Roorkee which saw good participation from personnel of the Indian Army. A voluntary Blood donation camp was conducted in association with Mother Teresa Blood Bank. 83 volunteers including a large number of ladies donated blood on the occasion. Brig G S Bhatia, Comdt, MH Roorkee and Mrs Kulwinder Kaur, Chairperson, MH FWO, interacted with the donors and handed over certificates to the participants of this noble campaign.
