MAJOR UPDATE: THE DOORS WERE BLOWN WIDE OPEN ON THIS CASE EARLIER TODAY!!!!!! Thanks to the efforts of many others, I have officially confirmed that this bell is from Central Railroad of New Jersey #909. A 2-8-2 Mikado built in 1923 by ALCO. Detailed info in this thread below🧵

The adrenaline rushing through my railfan veins is now unmatched. I am now the proud owner of a steam locomotive bell. I have no idea what engine it's off of, but all I know it is from an anthracite railroad of some sort. I will absolutely give updates on this ASAP.
