Congratulations to my friend @MattGONeill on the launch of his book, co-edited with Jonathan Carroll and Mark Williams: ‘The EU, Irish Defence Forces and Contemporary Security’. Not every book launch comes with words of praise from the Tánaiste, but very appropriate for this one.
