@TraderSumo1 it's also very cool to ask claude to find patterns in your trading that you might not have noticed...

Someone asked what my profit factor was. I had no idea. But since I started a new personal account, I tossed the trade logs into Claude. This is kinda cool. Should make an agent that automatically imports my data and gives me daily feedback on where my leaks are that week.

Right now most of the crypto market is in the shitter, and if you have been focused on it solely you missed out a ton in other markets. If you kept tabs on it though even while away, it is pretty obvious what assets are being elected above others. zcash:native technicals look really good, and there is always the potential for this to run hard if privacy becomes a mainstream investment narrative, not a niche cypherpunk thing.

Still get confused with all the new stablecoins getting launched. Backed by Coinbase, so what happens to USDC? Why don’t people just jump on the USDC and USDT train? Oh yeah, everyone is just greedy. I see no reason to launch a stablecoin project, what am I missing?

@TraderSumo1 @PolytrendsAlgo stats collection. you have a great indicator there. if you told it to collect trend stats (amplitude, retracements, relationship with time), you could try feeding them to an AI and have it discover patterns

By design, the firm I'm building will only allow you to start with micros. Why? Because there's no incentive for us to see you fail. You literally can't "hard" fail in the traditional sense that you're all used to.

trading is one of the most valuable skills you can learn. lawyer: 7 years, $151k surgeon: 14 years, $430k pilot: 3 years, $227k doctor: 11 years, $300k don’t expect it to take less time when there’s no upside limit and can be done from anywhere in the world. your edge can/will likely decay, most people phase out of the game because of this and their complacency to not want to change things. this business requires constant adaptation and a willingness to stay on top of your own numbers.

What AI agents actually do for most retail traders is fast-track the realization that their domain knowledge was dogshit. AI amplifies whatever domain knowledge you bring. If your input is dogshit, your output is faster, more confident dogshit. The tool only pays off if you already know something worth knowing. If you don’t, you’re getting rekt.

@andrew_nfx If 100k/month is realistic, why isn't 500k? all things equal, monthly returns are just a function of capital. in fact, if you can consistently achieve 100k months, it's likely you'll get to 500k months

The guys making $300-500k/month from retail trading accounts don't exist They're lying to you to sell courses Trading is realistic for $50-100k/month After that it gets extremely hard without investor capital This isn't what you want to hear but it's the truth
