@PURtweets @WomansWorldUS I bought one of the faucet filters after the pitcher worked so well on my water, but none of the aerators fit my faucet. I emailed support weeks ago like it said on the instructions but haven’t heard back. I’d sure like to use it.

@Himnasium Thank you for your inquiry. To clarify, the PUR Plus Pitcher Filter (CRF950Z) should be soaked for 15 minutes prior to installation, while the PUR Fast Flow Pitcher Filter (PPF900Z) should be rinsed for 15 seconds prior to installation. We hope this information is helpful!

@PURtweets We’ve purchased two of these in the last 6 months and in both cases the handle on the dispenser broke. The company does not offer repair parts so the unit is useless after this occurs. Also happened to a friend so it’s not just us. I’d avoid buying this brand.
