@AmazonHelp I chatted with a rep about a Kindle issue and then I get a email saying my Prime membership was cancelled. I open another chat to inquire where I’m told the original rep cancelled my membership and there is nothing I can do.
@AmazonHelp Looks like Heather just replied to my private message and again stated there was nothing I can do once it’s already cancelled. And now I’m getting spammed with Amazon Customer Service emails about joining Prime again and the links go no where. What is happening?

@BankoftheWest Cust svc hold times are over an hour. Waited over an hour 3x only to get disconnected each time. At point am I going to be able to get assistance?
