@imr_wx I agree with you. That block should break down but I am watching the western Pacific for tropical development. If that becomes a typhoon and recurves, we could see cooler air again in June. Though I do think days below 60 are over for Mid-Atlantic. I want storms too!

@P_SimmsWX I sincerely hope we don’t have another day below 60 in JUNE, that would be so bad. Hopefully the block breaks down in the next few weeks, so we can have warmer weather here and severe weather when I go chasing 😂

@imr_wx Genuinely awful and I hate east flow! With this omega block developing putting the Mid-Atlantic into the cooler side. I don't think we get a weekend like this again but we can have some cooler days.

Weather delay for the Texas Tech/Florida softball game with gusty thunderstorms near Gainesville.

This first inning of Florida and Texas Tech is absolutely nuts!

Third day in a row of cool storms in Huntsville!

This storm is capable of producing wind gusts in spots to 40 miles per hour along with lightning. A new delay for the Alabama/LSU game has been issued.

This will probably get extended again with the storm cell moving up from the south, it is producing a decent bit of lightning.

More thunderstorms are moving up from the south towards Tuscaloosa. The lightning delay for Alabama/LSU softball will be extended if these storms continue producing lightning, and they should.

Lightning has been detected near Tuscaloosa forcing a delay in the Alabama/LSU softball game. These storms are moving north.
