Raised a ticket and slot booked for home service, having care+, they called me and informed they cant able to visit or pickup my scooter, so i need to drop in service, yesterday got a PSF call from ola . Now ticket closed, and my problem still exists @bhash@OlaElectric

I have upgraded my fork on 10/06/2023 and i had a noise from my front side from 19/06/2023 and yesterday while driving my front suspension pipe got broken
I think the suspension is not suitable for our road conditions
@Anandhu_s_@bhash@OlaElectric My fork was replaced and they were given back without tightening the thing, it makes sound after replacement and the service team is not accepting the case, check the video and see their service quality. replaced for safety and they are given back without tightening @bhash
