Farage has just gone to the media to attack Restore Britain, again. He says that Elon Musk is supporting a party 'that’s one man with a social media account.' This is where Farage is so very wrong. There are thousands and thousands and thousands of Restore Britain members, backed up millions of Brits who are with us. Those numbers increase every day. Farage can arrogantly insult me over and over, but he has never been more wrong. Restore Britain is a team. This is a movement of millions of British patriots unlike anything that has ever been seen before. This party isn't about me, it never has been. It is about our members, our people, our home. Not me. Them. That is something he will never understand, and ultimately it's why he will lose. The Restore Britain movement will win. We are going to take our country back. We are going to Restore Britain.

There are 2 legal options one with precedent I am aware of to take the pension away from this fifth columnist. You can't do this. She has broken rules and needs to be looked into.

@FistedFoucault WW1. No contest. I would get drugs (cocaine and morphine) and plenty of tea. All my mates would be in my unit. Neither are good but WW1 might have been a laugh.

@UnamunoAgain Not Dragonball Z. But that loch was created by a direct energy weapon during the finno korean hyperwar. It was fired from the Himalayan artillery range at Finland but continued to Scotland. There's still is a noticeable reduction in vegetable consumption in the blast radius!

Una duda que siempre he tenido ¿Esta parte de Escocia es como estar dentro de un enorme cañón? ¿Como una de esas líneas de tierra excavada que quedan en Dragon Ball Z después de que un personaje dispara un gran rayo de energía?

People say that the Gulf Arab monarchies are overfond of tacky, gaudy displays of wealth, but I reckon I'd be flying Jordan into my palace and shitting on her chest too within thirty seconds of finding a trillion-barrel oil reserve in my garden.

@jokieliu @Earf_HDITY No one gets that. It's for people that don't want Chinese but the rest of the family are ordering. You see the same thing where sometimes you have a Chinese that also do fish and chips.

The culture shock I got when I first moved to the UK as a China born Chinese was that I was expecting General Tso's chicken , sweet and sour pork and fortune cookie type of fake Chinese food, but I was greeted with this ⬇️

@Sargon_of_Akkad Carl, I’ve tried to engage you in good faith. I’m tired of this dynamic. I’ll start ignoring you as much as I can. I don’t hate you. I don’t get why you hate me. See you around. Cheers

Sounds like his coffee shop actually can afford a £15 wage
Alonso Gurmendi tweet media
Peter McCormack 🏴‍☠️🇬🇧🇮🇪@PeterMcCormack

A minimum wage of £15 would end my coffee shop, it would have to close, as would many other businesses. I’ll explain for the economically illiterate. Staff costs are currently half our costs, a £15 minimum wage is actually more than £15 an hour for the company, because you have to add: - 12.07% holiday - Sick pay - Maternity pay if and when required - National insurance - Pension contributions These costs would mean the shop loses money because remember, energy costs are up, rates are up, regulations are up. Now you can pass these costs onto the consumer - that would mean charging a lot more for coffee, people won’t pay it. The likes of Starbucks and Costa can, because they have economies of scale. The independent doesn’t. Now the little socialist will say well this is your fault, if you can’t run a business that can afford to pay its staff properly, but the little socialist has never run a business and does not understand the dynamics. Now I could pay some staff off and fill those hours myself or reduce us to one staff member during certain periods - but this proves the point that a minimum wage costs jobs. There was a time when these jobs were done by kids, perhaps on the weekend, paid a lower wage, no holiday and no silly employment rights. Perhaps they were even paid cash. The dynamic worked and small businesses like this could operate. It was also a great first job. Sadly now it isn’t worth employing entitlement youngsters at this level of pay. So alas, I don’t need the stress, the business would close, a number of jobs would be lost. Economics is about understanding these dynamics, no vibes. The cost of living is not solved through passing on inflation to the business, it is solved by ending high inflation and creating prosperity. This is what socialists don’t understand, they can’t create prosperity, they can only destroy it.

Each time I travel to Italy, I wonder about the massive economic gap. Why is the North one of the wealthiest areas in Europe, while the South remains so extremely poor? Isn’t it the same country, with the same language, culture, taxes, and laws? Can someone please explain?

@Lewis_Brackpool I suppose calling it 'science' is rather worrying and implies cultural relativism but I see no problem researching the area as a scientist or historian.

I genuinely had to check if this was real. The University of Exeter now offers a PhD in Magic and Occult Science. Even if you don’t believe in any of it, the sheer number of absurd courses our universities are offering students is staggering. I would love to shut this down.

@Lewis_Brackpool Lewis mate. A PhD is a research degree. This isn't a course teaching magic it's a research project into Magic and Occult Science. Probably really interesting. I think you are barking up the wrong tree here mate.

@Lewis_Brackpool Whilst I find the Occult interesting from a historical perspective, I don't think there should be a degree in it. There's enough shams and charlatans in that line of enquiry as it currently stands already.
