@PoloIsSwoolish @chandlerWa21294 I don't fully agree with that statement, I regularly play MSM 2 with the assist off and the game is still very forgiving with momentum.
It wasn't hard to gain momentum in Web of Shadows either, but that game and the original Spider-Man 2 simply gave you more manual control.

I can’t really see how web swinging in Web of Shadows allows you to be more creative and free than Spider-Man 2 just because you can let go of your web when you want, especially when Insomniac has the gliding and trick system and shit like that

@JaeGamez It's definitely the one with the most polish to animations. Especially in Miles Morales and MSM2.
But the original Spider-Man 2 game and Web of Shadows have more manual control which results in a higher skill ceiling.
Especially in the original Spider-Man 2's case.

@SanjiOP4 It just felt like they had a stronger sense of direction with the PS4 face, that sort of felt toned or watered down with the change.
The worst part is that I do like the new face model for Peter, but I don't think that Insomniac did a good job with the facial scan of him.

The sequel, and even the Miles Morales game did new facial scans that are more accurate to how Ben Jordan looks in real life.

People focus too much in the face when the only problem (that people forgot the previous face model suffered too) is a lack of style which is sad cause concept art fixes almost every problem he has design wise

@TheRealZephryss This scene is still terrible though, even if it were to be motion capped. I honestly wasn't completely sold on the new Edward & Caroline scene either.
But the game is still in development. So maybe there are some improvements Ubisoft can still make. Though I'm a little doubtful.

@RougeWw @SanjiOP4 No, his facial expressions were just better animated in the original PS4 version of the game compared to Ben Jordan's face in the PS5 & PC remaster.
This is because Insomniac needed to do some more hand drawn work with the facial animations, and overall had a stronger direction.

It looks like the Double Assassinations in Black Flag Resynced have improved since the April world reveal.
The camera cut is still present, but it's a lot smoother this time since it doesn't spin a full 180 degrees anymore and face you in the wrong direction.

@K2strikes I think it's a very decent Superman suit. I much rather have that than the Man of Steel suit, which I really dislike personally.
My only issue with the SSKTJL suit is the aggressive amount of textures and lines. Just dial them back slightly.

But they're few and packaged in an overly dark and gritty tone and aesthetics that just did not work for most of us.

@Culture3ase Snyder fans hate seeing Superman with feelings and personality because they believe he must be serious and cold to maintain his "masculinity". These are the best Superman adaptations where he is not treated as an imposing or an evil god, but as a human being who wants to inspire.

@BlawdyReddd @HankMcPym If you're thinking about the cutscene where Batman equips his armor suit and the Arkham Asylum cutscene, then there is a mod that fixes it so it doesn't change suits. Assuming you're running the game on PC.

@HankMcPym The alternate suits are soooo good but it sucks that they don’t get battle worn as you play the game.
and when you’re in the cutscenes, it shifts to the main suit (not sure if they fixed that issue since I only played it when it first dropped).

@TheRealZephryss @iaanwoods For some reason I actually disliked it in Shadows. Simply because it is of the huge open world kind, similarly to past RPG entries.
Assassin's Creed 3 and to some extent the OG Black Flag had something in the middle where some rock and mountain structures were climbable.

@iaanwoods I am not complaining this feature is actually good and realistic. In Odyssey, we could climb huge mountains, which was unrealistic for me. I'm glad they stuck with the climbing mechanics from Shadows. 😂
