@TheStreet Key takeaways are not accurate and this is misleading. The statement below is false and is conjecture. This narrative does not arise in the CNBC interview. “A slow transaction market creates a direct challenge for Opendoor’s business model.”

Hubspot co-founder interviews $OPEN quasi-founder @nejatian. If after watching this you don't see how $OPEN eventually becomes a triple-digit stock, you should stick to Marvel comics movies. My kind of superhero changes the world one house at a time. youtu.be/9ZlmsA4Bzk0

@Hedgeye Makes sense - the Dec spike was the tariffs, March was the oil (war), now the tariffs are gone and oil is easing off. However, lot of cap-ex, stock wealth, strong economy, low taxes….Warsh will distort numbers too so real Americans will get nailed even harder.

Goldman Delta-1 head Rich Privorotsky: "Lots of underperformance in hyperscalers yday. Everyone still appears convinced they must keep spending simply to remain competitive, while token cost compression/advent of neoclouds puts pricing pressure on core business. If token prices continue to compress alongside falling compute costs, the benefits may accrue to users faster than providers. Ironically, the first hyperscaler to signal that it can slow the pace of spending will likely see its share price rewarded. If that happens, others will take notice. That is the reflexivity that ultimately stalls the capex cycle… not a lack of demand, but investors deciding that incremental returns on the next dollar of spend are no longer attractive. Watch hyperscalers share price as leading indicator."

Maybe the most important chart in the world: the AI arms race. The question whether a 10% "intelligence gap" which translates into a 90% lower cost, will determine if $5+ trillion in capital is being misallocated

@CR666666CR @operdoor2 @Opendoor It’s just a time lag. Volume up, need to be fixed up and sold. Overall market prices are firm anyway….nothing to worry about here.

@HHGF99 @operdoor2 @Opendoor @nejatian I know I’m not Kaz but I would imagine that buyers were waiting for a rate cut. That may be off the table now so maybe those on the sidelines will now have to make the leap and just buy a cheaper or smaller home…

$BTQ looks like a pump before stock issue. Burned $8m in Q1, $12m left end Q1. Big ramp in activity, cash burn is probably over $10m perQ. Seems to still be pre-revenue. Market cap over $800m. This ramp in price is no coincidence. I sold yesterday. Would buy lower if it tanks.
