@lyndonbajohnson Her management of the criminal system was horrible. Harvey gave her a golden ticket. Could’ve totaled the CJC, finished the tearing down of the old jail and courthouses, & built something great. Instead they delayed the demolitions and spent 100M pasting elevators on the CJC.
