Can anyone help me find an NFT collection?
A year or so ago, I came across a collection on Opensea. I think it was for a card or membership of some type.
The unique part was the image on OpenSea was dynamic. You could swivel the image and look at it in 3D.
Anyone know this collection or how this was possible?
(it wasn't premint but sharing this image to show what it kind of looked like as a card)

do people track which governance proposals pass but still haven't been implemented months after being "executed"?
@Uniswap governance passed a vote to deploy uniV3 on Avalanche on March 18. They expected it would launch 5 weeks after passing.
14 weeks later still nothing...
