🔍 Player In Focus | Paige Ward Back again with another thread, and this time we head to Bridgend! Penybont have had an upturn in form recently, and are knocking on the door of the top half in the Genero Adran South. A regular feature of the side is committed defender Paige Ward, an exciting player who continues to impress, and still has years of progression ahead. Solid at the back, primarily at central defence, the youngster brings something different. A shorter defender so perhaps lacking aerial presence, but she makes up for it with a very positive attitude, bravery and speed. A player who shows leadership skills despite still being at the start of her career, and someone who reads the game really well. She's also very used to winning titles. 𝟐𝟒-𝟐𝟓||𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐑𝐘 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐆𝐀𝐌𝐄 𝟐 We are just one day out from another exciting event, as Gloucester City Football Club plays host to the Regional Rivalry Series Game 2, which is the TGK South home game. A brilliant opportunity to play at a ground that was hosting National League North football last season. A brilliant venue/platform for our players to thrive on. The South currently lead the season series 1-0, with the North leading the all-time overall series by 4 games to 3. So all to play for on Saturday! After this fixture, eligibility will be confirmed for the Championship Game at St George's Park, where players who have been involved in either the first or second game of the season will be able to be considered for selection for the opportunity to compete at SGP. Each squad for SGP will see four forwards, four midfielders, six defenders and two goalkeepers selected.

What a game at Ocean Way! Barry U19s raced into a 2-0 half time lead before a spirited Bluebirds comeback saw them draw level on 70 mins but a late Barry goal from Aimee Deacon won it for Town. A fantastic advert for the @AdranLeagues 👏🟡🔵
