This is probably a long shot, but if anybody happens to be in DC this weekend and plans on visiting Arlington, I would love to see a fresh photo of my husband’s grave in Section 60. SSG Alan W. Shaw Section 60, Grave 8451 B Co 1/12 Cav, 1st Cavalry Division November 10, 1975 - February 9, 2007 There’s just something about knowing people still stop by, still say his name, still remember. 🇺🇸⭐🇺🇸

@twistartups @Jason @markhoro @markhoro @Jason Many people are prescribed SSRIs & SNRIs because doctors did NOT take the time to address the underlying medical cause. The actual symptoms of some medical issues (i.e. iron & b12 deficiency) are anxiety & depression. It’s all over FB. It’s negligence!! DMs open.

50 million Americans are on antidepressants. 1 in 6 people. Yet the "chemical imbalance" theory that tried to justify remains unproven after 60 years of research. Dr. @markhoro explains how they’re helping patients safely taper off these meds.

DACAC stands for Denver-Aurora Community Action Committee. Their website openly calls for civilian control of APD — meaning unelected activists deciding your police chief's fate, your department's budget, and who gets hired and fired. DACAC is affiliated with NAARPR — an organization co-founded by career felon Frank Chapman and avowed Marxist Angela Davis that, in their own words, "has been struggling for community control of police for fifty years." Read that again. CONTROL This isn't a local grievance group. It's a chapter of a 50-year Marxist campaign to dismantle police departments — and it just found a willing council majority in Aurora. They have 66 Facebook followers. They now have a council majority. That's the story Aurora isn't talking about yet.

Aurora's police are delivering: crime down 26%, shootings down 50%, car theft down 42%. Chief Chamberlain's leadership is working. Here's what most people don't know: these results were built on a foundation laid by Aurora's previous conservative-led council — strategic investment in proactive policing, strong support for APD leadership, and the discipline to stay the course. Now a group most Aurora residents have never heard of — DACAC — is quietly dismantling it. 66 Facebook followers. No elected mandate. No accountability to taxpayers. Yet they've packed council chambers, intimidated conservative members, and convinced the new progressive majority to pass a gag rule blocking APD from communicating directly with the public. That's just the opening move. Their real goal: "community control of the police" — a civilian board controlling APD's budget, hiring, and firing. Chief Chamberlain is their target because he's succeeding. The progressive majority doing their bidding includes a Mayor Pro Tem who publicly posted "No Cops" and a Public Safety chair recently arrested by Aurora Police for DUI at three times the legal limit — who still hasn't recused himself from a single police oversight vote or stepped down as chair of the Public Safety Committee. The previous council built something that is working now. The new one is handing it to a group with 66 followers. I've chaired Aurora's Public Safety Committee. I've watched the improvement. Now, I'm watching it get torn down. Aurora, who's really running your city?

@CaryKelly11 @CaryKelly11 This product has b6 & b12; mg per dose wasn’t listed. I ended up w/ b6 toxicity w/ new nerve pain from too much b6 in supplements & electrolytes. Added b12 can mask b12 deficiency in people with unknown pernicious anemia. ReLyte offers simplicity without extras.

I’m excited to tell you about NUDAY. It’s a grass roots product that’s kind of like LMNT if LMNT had a younger, cognitive-focused cousin, but way cheaper. LMNT is built around a big dose of sodium: it's straight-up electrolytes for sweat, fasting, workouts and hydration. NUDAY is lighter on the salt but offers a broader package of brain boosting ingredients with L-theanine, L-tyrosine, Panax ginseng, B vitamins, coconut water powder, potassium and magnesium. And the flavor? Honestly, it tastes like apple Jolly Ranchers. It’s a bit sweet (from the stevia and monk fruit), but it’s clean and I just add extra water to tone it down. But what about cost? For a single purchase, NUDAY is $1 per serving. LMNT is $1.50. Conflicts of interest: None. I did get a free 30-day sample but I am not getting paid to tell you this. Website link ⬇️

1/5 I'm a cardiologist. I hear this in my office constantly: "But my annual labs were always normal." They're telling the truth. Their labs were normal. But the standard blood panel has a fatal flaw — it was designed to find disease that's already there. We wait for the house to catch fire. Then we try to put it out. There are 8 tests that detect the frayed wiring years before the first spark. Most cost under $50. None are experimental. And they are completely missing from your annual physical.

@matthewbaszucki My son is currently in jail after his 2nd manic episode with psychosis in 3 years. When he was diagnosed at 25 he was a vegan and I think that contributed. He did carnivore for a while this time, but then went back to carbs. Hoping he will try again.

BREAKING UPDATE: DIA runway tragedy officially ruled a suicide. The Denver Medical Examiner identified the man killed after entering the runway Friday night at DIA as 41 year old Michael Mott. Officials say he climbed an eight foot perimeter fence roughly two miles from the terminal before being struck by a departing Frontier flight bound for Los Angeles. According to Denver Police Chief Ron Thomas, investigators have not located a vehicle or bicycle near the area where he entered the airport perimeter. DIA officials also stated motion sensors had detected deer near the same area around the time of the incident. The plane aborted takeoff after impact. Five passengers were transported to hospitals and several others reported minor injuries. Four of the hospitalized passengers have since been released. The Medical Examiner ruled the manner of death suicide and said no note was found at the scene. This incident shut down part of airport operations Friday night and sent shockwaves through crews, passengers, and first responders alike.

This is very well written and highly relevant. I strongly recommend reading this crystal‑clear article. Once again, it points to the most critical health emergency of international concern: dismantling the WHO!

Hantavirus infects up to 100,000 people every year, yet suddenly a handful of cases on a cruise ship sparks a mass public health panic fanned by the WHO. We should be very suspicious as to why, says Dr David Bell. dailysceptic.org/2026/05/11/why…

Great question and a real gap. The Whoop panel is comprehensive on metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, and CBC coverage, but it doesn’t include most micronutrients beyond Vitamin D and the iron triad. B12, A, E, K, magnesium, zinc, and others aren’t on the standard list. Honest answer: yes, they matter. The testing strategy is different by nutrient. B12 is worth testing every one to two years for most adults, more often if you’re vegan or vegetarian, over 50, or on metformin or PPIs (both deplete B12 over time). Standard serum B12 is the basic test, but functional deficiency can exist with normal serum levels. Methylmalonic acid (MMA) is the more sensitive marker when you suspect a problem. The homocysteine value already on the Whoop panel is a partial functional surrogate. If homocysteine is elevated, B12 (or folate, or B6) is often the cause. Vitamin A and E are less commonly deficient in adults eating a varied diet. Both can be harmful in excess, especially A. Test if you have symptoms or restrictive eating patterns. Don’t supplement either without testing first. Vitamin K is harder. K1 (clotting) shows up indirectly through PT/INR. K2 (arterial and bone health) is difficult to measure directly and not routinely tested. The practical move is to take K2, specifically MK-7, with your vitamin D. The two work synergistically. K2 directs absorbed calcium into bone instead of soft tissue. I take both daily. Other micronutrients worth periodic testing. Magnesium, specifically RBC magnesium, because serum is tightly regulated and misses tissue depletion. Omega-3 index. Iodine if you don’t eat seafood regularly. Zinc and copper as a pair (the ratio matters more than either in isolation). The practical strategy I use. Run the 75-marker panel quarterly for the metabolic, cardiovascular, and hormonal trends. Add B12, RBC magnesium, and omega-3 index annually or as add-ons when something feels off. You can attach most of these to your quarterly Quest draw through DTC platforms like Lab Hackr without needing a separate appointment. Adds maybe $30 to $60 per marker but no extra needle. Comprehensive micronutrient panels (Spectracell, Genova, others) exist but the cost and methodology vary. Targeted testing on specific markers has been more useful in my experience than running a full hundred-nutrient panel. The principle is the same here as everywhere else on the panel. Test, target, retest. Match the testing cadence to how fast the marker moves and how often you’d actually act on it. Don’t wait for the diagnosis. Read the label.

A comprehensive guide to the bloodwork I run every 90 days. 75 biomarkers. What each cluster measures. Why it matters. If you’re going to run your own labs (and you should), this is the level of detail worth asking for. I use Whoop Advanced Labs 75 biomarkers per panel Powered by Quest Diagnostics Clinician-reviewed results $150 per quarterly draw HSA/FSA eligible Not a paid endorsement Other options out there Take your pick, this is what I use Breaking the full panel down by section in the thread below. 1/5
