They put the high aim assist for casuals so they can pick up a controller for the first time and feel good about hitting a target.
Casuals are the people who pick up a controller or mouse and play 1-2hrs every day maybe even a week.
Obviously people cheat but casuals don’t even grasp how good someone can be with a mouse or a controller that has dumped 10-30000 hours plus into using their preferred input.
Same reason why you go inbreds saying every warzone streamer cheats.
