There are many common gut issues that 90% (probably generous) of traditional GI doctors never consider, let alone test for. Leaky gut, dysbiosis, SIBO, LOW stomach acid, mast cell activation syndrome. All common. All massively impactful. Almost never on the radar. Instead you get a couple of basic blood panels, maybe a scope, an “everything looks fine” or IBS label and a prescription. It isn't a mystery why almost no one relying on centralized medicine ever fixes their gut issues.

If Africans were inherently useless why was it so urgent and necessary to introduce Bantu Education and to prohibit them from attending the top universities in South Africa especially Stellenbosch, Rand Afrikaans , Pretoria, UFS, Wits , Natal, UCT , Rhodes etc? Why was the Land Act, Stock Limitation Act and all the laws that prohibited non- Europeans from increasing their livestock or operating businesses in certain geographic areas in RSA? Why was Job Reservation so necessary if Africans were inherently useless? Why was there an Immorality Act preventing white women from having sexual relations with non- Europeans in RSA, if black men were inherentlyuseless? Why was apartheid ever necessary if the non- Europeans could not inherently compete in the open markets with the so-called whites, why were all those restrictive laws ever so necessary?
