I do not like whole if you aren’t born in latam then you arent Latino discourse but you do understand the Latinos who emigrated to the US did mostly because of how the US and other imperialist powers get destabilizing the region and that you can be Latino and also be a part of the imperialist machine of the US, specially if knowingly you join the military and don’t speak up against US policies that target latam.
