@pandocruises my family cruised with you yearly and now find ourselves needing wheelchair access shore excursions... The offering is dire to the point where we cannot book any and the price is more than double for accessible. Can this be looked at? Please do better..

@pandocruises worst boarding on this our 5th cruise. No organisation and queue after queue after queue. What’s the point of a check in time. Still queuing again now.

@pandocruises im trying to pay for a cabin upgrade been on hold for nearly 2 Hours. Your online help gave me a number to call that should offer a call back... it didn't. My 72 hours are nearly up. And I have no online options to pay for this.

@HolidayInn @secane50 hey my mum ros booked up a hotel at gatwick airport for the summer of @pandocruises we are now transfering to heathrow terminal 4 so we need to cancel the holiday inn hotel booking can you please respond ASAP thanks

@pandocruises customerservices@pocruises.com The email address given to cancel advertising material doesn't work . That is it cannot be delivered and there is no valid status code . Twice this has happened.

@pandocruises Can an all inclusive package be added to a previous booking? Can’t see the option on my booking summary

@pandocruises We are currently on Azura, at 130 this am & for the rest of the night the whole room was vibrating. We contacted reception told it was ship wide, our travelling companions did not hear this noise. Very poor response from crew.

@pandocruises currently sailing on arvia, what a disappointment, so much for family friendly cruises. Poor service from managers who don't want to take accountability, even worse food and over priced add-ons left right and centre! Do your self a favour and look elsewhere!!

Being on @pandocruises makes me not want to be a longevity expert. Please please avoid them. They should be called Ryan sea. Book with anyone but them. Terrible

@pandocruises terrible communication on board Iona at the moment. Terrible embarkation process and now stuck in Southampton port because of a shipping incident. Appreciate it is unsafe to depart but more communication please! Or just let us off ship!
