If you ever feel useless, know that the "Sonnet Only" bar also exists. If its included in the All models limit anyways why is it a separate bar? I could understand if it was for Opus but for Sonnet? Doesn't make sense. Are people hammering it that much? So many questions!

@oezguerisbert @devagrawal09 Although official docs site should be updated ASAP but till that happens, the Effect team has been keeping repo docs updated. So effect-smol/blob/main/ai-docs/ and effect-smol/packages/effect/HTTPAPI.md|SCHEMA.md are your best friends

You’ll likely see Cursor-style pricing hikes across providers soon. Even the deep pockets of frontier model companies can run dry at some point.

I think we’re fast facing a world of usage-based AI costs. That means those who use AI to learn now can accelerate their growth while it’s accessible and be better prepared when pay-per-use becomes the norm. Being hands-on with your tech stack is more important than ever.

Today, we’re open-sourcing the draft specification for DESIGN.md, so it can be used across any tool or platform. We’re also adding new capabilities. DESIGN.md lets you easily export and import your design rules from project to project. Instead of guessing intent, agents know exactly what a color is for and can even validate their choices against WCAG accessibility rules. Watch David East break down this shared visual language in action👇. New capabilities and links in 🧵

@rahularya2610 @opencode Fireworks has a $7/wk plan for K2.5 turbo. Saw it in one of DHH’s tweets. Thats the fastest I have used. Because of that plan I almost alternate nowdays between 5.4 and K2.5.

This! No one needs tiling. Mostly it’s quick switching you look for and that is already possible by mapping cmd+1/2/3 etc. to your apps here in Raycast. This is also similarly possible in most of the DEs out there. The one thing you miss is niri like horizontal scroll. Now that’s actual Niri/hyprland USP

@DrizzleORM People can create high performance phishing sites with v1 so better start a Project Drizzing and only release to select few companies.

I think Mythos is more like Anthropic trying to find another niche related to Cyber-security which is close to their current niche of SWEs. With advantage that its B2B instead of B2C like Claude Code. The marketing though is very similar to Anti-virus propaganda from 2000s. So what you are seeing on X is a product being marketed instead of this scary picture that is trying to be portrayed. Come to think of it they have been inkling towards safety since quite a while now so it could be on their cards since quite long.

RSC when introduced by react were only done in Nextjs-way, lacking enough generic abstractions for other frameworks. Also it’s a feature that requires modifications in bundlers. Vite’s RSC plugin is now available but Start is taking its own time to implement its usage in a native way.

tanstack start would probably be great if it didn't try to bundle server code from API routes on the client-side

@OjasSharma276 Learnt the hard way: REST: great, even more great with glorious RPC style!🤩 RESTful: frontend will tank down your server 😵‍💫if you’re not careful and didn’t know that research papers were good for research and should be kept that way!

At $7 / week this is great value. If you use AI for supplementing your coding rather than replacing you entirely then I think this will give you GPT 5.4 Fast kind of feel without costing that expensive. If you are ralph loop kinda person well you probably already have 3 OpenAI subs so you know what to do.

Chrome just became massively more agent-friendly 🔥 Your real, signed-in browser can now be natively accessible to any coding agent. No extensions. No headless browser. No screenshots. No separate logins. Just one toggle to enable it. Check this out: developer.chrome.com/blog/chrome-de…

So using cmux actually dawned on me why tmux sessions exists and now I am using tmux on ghostty as a result 😄. Throw in some config editing with gpt-5.4-mini and I am loving my setup right now.

T3 Code is built pretty much entirely with Effect and very large portions agent coded without much context engineering. Ive just had to nudge it that we’re using v4 and it Will go dig in the mode modules and read the inline documentation whenever it gets stuck / hits an old api
Michael Arnaldi@MichaelArnaldi

@SharpCoder @EffectTS_ GPT-5.4 is exceptional at Effect, just add the effect repo as a git subtree to give the agent access to best practices, skills don't work well. Check out effect.solutions
