As someone who use AI regularly for a lot of stuff, I can say only: REMOVE all AI from customer service and human relations. It just doesn't work. I get they don't want to pay people, But if you have a problem the best way to solve it is to speak to a human who can actually see what the problem is

@Panzerpicture Appeal it as often as possible same thing happened to my channel and within 30 days they admited the error was because of AI. They gave it back to me. Best of luck.

@comingconflict I don't know? they removed my channel youtube.com/channel/UCjejQ… and then locked me out of my account. Then told me vague abuse claims that are related to my Google account, and the bot's lie and they stated it has nothing to do with YouTube.
