Just to explain, diplomats operate on foreign soil within US territories, via consulates and embassies. They have immunity. Therefore, they do not operate under US jurisdiction, even when on US soil. Foreign soldiers are a similar story. You are correct on the immigration issue.

Just saw your vid on birthright citizenship. You've made a minor mistake. 'Subject to the jurisdiction of', carves out an exception for diplomats and foreign soldiers on US soil, their children born here ARE NOT citizens. Otherwise, correct per SCOTUS precedent.

According to lawyer @EricLeeAtty who reps multiple children imprisoned in the Dilley Detention Camp in TX the children receive no medical care, there are no nurses or other medical providers and the children beg him for fruit and candy.
