This is the problem with these streamer relationships.
Sometimes the person donating isn’t in the right mental space, or simply doesn’t know better.
I’ve gotten shit before “well you pay for entertainment” - yes I pay $11.99 a month. I still do for some twitch subs and to support friends.
But over-the-top donations in parasocial relationships is unhealthy.

interesting... I'm nowhere near Affiliate on twitch but I can turn on monetization stuff anyway... I don't want to get Affiliate because it would make people see more ads on the channel... should I try this? :D

No disrespect to Dan but I wish he hadn't nuked his account when he left Twitter. The entire documentation for all the modern, undocumented React features were buried in massive Tweet threads that are now gone forever 🫣

Are you finally ready to give up on WordPress? I have this great approach of using Builder for visual editing of your website, but without client side hydration costs usually associated with JavaScript based solutions :)
