@ParcelForceCoUk Had an Amazon order dispatched with Parcelforce Express 24 Friday 6th March for delivery 7th March. Still no delivery and no update on tracking. Awful service just spent hour & half on phone on queue and cut off when lines closes at 6.30pm

@parcelforce what a waist of a company sends me email after email to tell me over the weekend that a parcel was arriving today 10am to 2pm today then changed to 2pm to 6:20pm for it still not being delivered joke of a company
