Hey @parcelforce you’ve messaged me via my login on the app that my parcel was due today. You have ALL delivery details on the app. Royal Mail deliver using the same details every day. You’ve now returned the parcel to FINLAND citing ‘insufficient details’!! What gives?
@parcelforce not if you're a small business owner you can't ! the new click and drop system is an absolute joke! before I could book print and have collection on the old system. Not on the new one you can print labels, but you cant book a collection! so whats the point of printing fing labels
@parcelforce after 15 years as a small business customer, we are off, we have contacted every today to discuss terms, your new click and drop system is an utter joke, try asking your customer service who are fielding phones calls all over the place !!
@parcelforce can you tell me why my requested delivery still hasn’t arrived. After paying the customs charge on Friday, I made arrangements to be in the house all day today and it has still not arrived. I cannot afford to take time off for the rest of the week!

don’t ever use @parcelforce to send anything! told my package out for delivery today by text! next thing - delivery failure, your package now returning to sender even though it tracks to the delivery office next door. no answer from service team. it’s a joke!
