This is the last photo I took of Keira on Feb 7 before releasing her into her father's care. He killed her on the 9th. He had a history of domestic violence. The Judge "didn't think it was relevant." I miss her deeply every minute of every day. Unsafe contact needs to end. Period

@LindsayBanks111 @novoice_s I wish your message was true. I would not be in such turmoil in that case, & I'd be able to rest knowing that my children are going to be safe.
But the system will not allow me to protect my children when my abuser, who tried to kill me, fights to have me damned via FamilyCourt.

@novoice_s I'm sorry for your experiences. It's so hard to accept what is permitted to happen to us & our children... Once an abuser decides to abuse, victims are just doomed. Those in power enable the abuse. I want to go somewhere where I'm allowed to be free and my kids' lives matter.
