The fact there are law firms marketing as father's rights law firms shows how much of a racket family court is. It's supposed to be about what's best for the children. #familycourt

I’m a salty survivor today. Those with DV convictions should not be our lawmakers or our police. Those who have multiple credible allegations of DV against them but have power to impede justice should not be in positions of unchecked power.

It would appear that it is a crime to expose crime, victims are victimised and criminals and perpetrators are given all the protection in the world to continue their rein of terror

Disbelieving a woman because you get a "bad vibe" or you don't like her personality or "attitude" is wrong. If women don't fit the mould of a "perfect" victim they're immediately denigrated and disbelieved. Your misogyny is showing.

@irnbrufan @anitaishealing1 Exactly, you are totally tied into the system year in year out. I'm on 7.5 years with 4-8 visits per year. Awful, painful and exhausting

@DonBarbour_ Better yet, fix the education system, make it apolitical like it should be. Teach how to think, freely without artificial woke constraints, rather than what to think.

As a co-parent with my abuser, I was required by the court to demonstrate my ability to overcome the obstacles he placed in my way, help my kids navigate those challenges without their opinion of him declining and prove my cheerful willingness to ignore abuse in all forms.

@MENDFamilyCourt That's a tall order. One that is landed on most victims of da that enter a fc expecting justice, truth, being heard, some understanding. It's a continuous slap in the face until you lose your voice

#FamilyCourt orders that a perpetrator of #DomesticAbuse should have child contact and the victim has to facilitate this. Isn't this breaching the victim's #HumanRights?

@womensvoicesma2 @Tranzform She achieved so much, I can't see that being allowed in 2021. I feel we are ruled by narcissists, greed, power, control, lies, manipulators. That's an ugly list.
