@bt_uk I still need help with this. £133 was as you know put on account and paid by customer on DD. Their latest bill does not show a credit. How are they getting their money back of £133?

@guyshrubsole may I ask yr advice? My Council have responded to request to open up a blocked footpath and reinstate missing signage by saying: Low footfall, not connected to wider network and there is no money. Happy to DM you full response. It feels wrong to just accept this.
