Speaking as a fan who was critical of ME:A for it's underbaked features, poor writing and completely inexcusible performance state at launch..- -there were also 100% online chuds out there complaining about "SJW agendas" regarding this game too.

@TidyWire For me, that wasn’t what made me not like the game. I always say that andromedas gameplay is solid, but the things that put mass effect on the map, story, characters, choices, etc were very weak in andromeda

@orbalology The only reason I could see skipping the first one (you shouldn’t since they’re important decisions in the first game) is that it’s like AC1. The later entrees just play and feel so much better, while the first one feels clunky

I played the first Mass Effect for 6+ hours yesterday on stream & absolutely loved it! I’ve seen people say to either skip or just mainline it to get to ME2 quickly, but I don’t get it. There’s so much great lore & character depth in the first game. I can’t wait to keep going!🌠

@IGN I still say this game was great and had the best gameplay in the series. Solid 8/10 to this day imo

@NuCaloric The tiered system for weapons is terrible, tier 5s power crept the sandbox faster than mountaintop and recluse ever did. They should’ve just expanded the shiny system. Imagine running Vog and you get a shiny variant of Fatebringer!
