Hi @EurekaForbes I've placed an order of water purifier on 13th March and it was promised to be delivered and installed on 15th March.We've no news of the product.We are getting only excuses.I'vebeen using Aquaguard since 2015 but I'm afraid to say that service has deteriorated

Had I not requested U for attending Aquaguard, it would not have been giving issues off and on.Based on bad experience,I reached out to the conclusion that EurekaForbes doesn’t have competent technicians. UR 02 technicians attended & ruined the product that was working perfectly.

@EurekaForbes ..U sent technician yesterday. He attended faulty Aquaguard. But today once again the machine started malfunctioning. What’s this? Why R U giving me trouble? I am pained. Issue started only after UR technician visited 1st time. U R unreliable Co. CM-190326-68834943.

Total service failure @EurekaForbes. Botched leak repair led to a dead machine. Complaint on the 7th was CLOSED without my consent/fix. Raised again, still no solution. Parts requested but zero updates. Why am I paying for a priority AMC?

@EurekaForbes I recently bought delight aquasaver which has mc in it but still tds is 30 which is useless. I asked installation guy to adjust n he suggested to install mc controller for 400rs. Is this your level of support? you call yourself no. 1 brand but don’t behaves like 1.

@EurekaForbes Your service is unacceptable. Complaint was closed without resolution. Invoice shows NEW membrane (₹2450 with discount), but technician installed USED membrane and took ₹1800. This is misleading. NCH complaint also filed. Resolve immediately or refund take action
