@bppulseuk Thanks. The BPA0173 worked via credit card failed on the app! Tried both chargers 1 and 3 CCS. Also you should really label them in numbers would make it easier 😊

@PartyParton Hi Daniel, we have taken a look - one of the two units (BPA0172) went out of communication this morning and is due an engineer today, the second unit (BPA0173) is delivering charges as normal. @bppulseuk possibly the worse experience ever at Harlow. 4th time lucky moving across 3 different bays ended up not using app and using credit card. Why on earth is it so hard to use them? / get them to work.
