@MolTherapy @brunetti_pierri Liver fibrosis, affecting millions worldwide, has no treatment options. We demonstrated that targeted delivery of miR-34b/c to hepatocytes via AAV vectors reduces fibrosis by modulating PDGF signaling and suppressing hepatic stellate cell activation, key drivers of fibrogenesis.
