The way you keep ICE out of your city is to enforce the law. If you choose to let illegal alien criminals roam the streets - ICE has to go into the streets to get them. If you let law enforcement detain them so ICE can go to the prisons, to ONE LOCATION, and get them from there - ICE wouldn't be in our communities.
