Today the PEA visited with the employees at Dale Avenue School. Thank you for great conversations, spending time with us, and all that you do for the students of Paterson ❤️

This evening, the PEA was proud to support and sponsor (via an NJEA Pride Grant) the students and community at International HS. The Lunar New Year’s Celebration was tremendous. A special thank you to the staff and administration for a job well done.

It has come our attention that groups in the city are staging a protest regarding the District’s plan to rightsize. Let me be clear, while we oppose the district’s plan, the Union is not orchestrating or taking part in any such action to walk out. @ABC7NYNewsDesk

Have you ever had a problem trying to cancel your gym membership? I just signed legislation requiring gym memberships to have an online cancellation option. We need to protect consumers from predatory renewal policies & ridiculous in-person cancellation requirements.

Today, we had a great visit to PS #9. The turnout of staff visiting us in the employee lounge was overwhelming. The staff all shared their concerns, asked us important questions, and we joyed a delicious lunch, courtesy of the P.E.A. #Paterson

The Paterson veteran’s council and the Home Depot in Totowa hosted a re-beautification at Hayden Heights. The volunteer event enhanced the park laying mulch, landscaping enhancements, new stone gravel, and improving the park. PEA supports our community and our vets! God bless 🇺🇸
