You allow thieves to never build drainage systems in Kampala for 40 years, then you allow them to build in God's natural drainage system...the wetlands! Why wouldn't Kampala flood? From now on stealing from Kampala will be equivalent to stealing from Jesus Christ! They will pay.

The robery at the kalangala ship. Imagine i was being asked to pay 100k to ferry a car to kalanga and 100k for the return. @MoWT_Uganda @GenWamala look into this . I had to forfeit the ship and go for the ferry which is free but also missed my planned trip.
